Favorite thing about Concordia: I love how welcoming everyone is, and what a tight community we have here. For this reason, I feel very at home and comfortable when I am at school. Also, the old architecture is really beautiful too.
One obstacle I had to overcome at Concordia: Managing my time between classes, work, exercising, and leaving room for relaxing and having some fun. It was a difficult challenge at first and I am still learning, but I am able to accomplish a lot now that I know how to schedule my time well.
Best advice to a new student at Concordia: Do NOT slack off. Definitely have some fun, but take school seriously because it does matter, it will come back to bite you if you don't. Also: the banana chocolate chip muffins from the maize. You're welcome.
Summer Job/Activities: Working at Great Harvest Bread Company in St. Cloud, and just livin' it up while I can.
Favorite attraction or hang-out in Fargo/Moorhead: I'm a big fan of Target. I could literally spend hours there; it is like the holy grail of retail. I also really love Teaberry.
Little known fact about yourself: Ferris Wheels make me nauseous. Even just the sight of them. It's a long story.
Favorite pick up line: Well, here I am! What were your other two wishes again?
