| Dr. Cathy Breedon is the clinical and metabolic nutrition specialist at MeritCare Medical Center in Fargo, N.D. She also teaches at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She annually presents more than 30 national and state workshops for health professionals across the United States. | ||
Breedon earned a doctorate in nutrition from the University of Minnesota, as well as master’s degrees in nutrition and psychology. In 1984 she was a Fellow in perinatal/pediatric nutrition at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Breedon is a board certified pediatric nutrition specialist. She and her husband, Dan, live in Moorhead. |
