At Concordia, Russian is more than just a class- it's an opportunity to incorporate your love of the language and culture into multiple aspects of your life. Our diverse faculty, some of whom are native speakers, are eager to mentor you on whatever path you want to travel during your experience at Concordia.

Study Abroad
Visit Russia during a 10-day Exploration Seminar or take a bit longer to see the sites on a monthlong May Seminar. Take the summer to fully absorb the society by living with a Russian family and participating in our practicum in Russia. Our international business program offers you the opportunity to land an internship in Russia, where you'll live and work for an entire semester or longer.

Take Part in the Language Villages
Lesnoe Ozero, the Russian Language Village, is a valuable learning experience for our students who choose to work as language counselors. The Russian Language Village will not only sharpen your own language skills, but also foster a safe and fun learning environment for youth in attendance. Speak, sing, dance, create, eat and bake - all in authentic Russian while having the time of your life!
